Returns / Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under specific, limited conditions designed to protect the integrity of our precision components. All returns require pre-authorization.

Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Condition for Return: The item must be in uninstalled, unused, and original condition. All components, original packaging, installation notes, and documentation must be returned. Items showing any sign of installation attempt, including tool marks, wear, thread locker residue, or altered finish, are not eligible for return and will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns. This fee covers the cost of re-inspecting, verifying, and re-packaging the component to our new-unit standard. The fee is deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email support@glockswitchpro.com with your order number and the reason for return within the 30-day window.
  • Do not ship anything without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions from our support team.
  • Ship the item(s) via a trackable method (FedEx or UPS) to the address provided in your RMA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss/damage in transit.
  • Upon receipt and verification, your refund (purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-machined items, special-order components, or items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Defective items are handled separately under our warranty policy (see product documentation).
