Privacy Policy

Switchcraft Armory collects only the data required to process transactions, maintain legal compliance, and provide technical support. We do not engage in data monetization, behavioral advertising, or speculative marketing.

Data Collection at Checkout: During checkout, we collect your name, verified shipping address, email address, and telephone number. This information is used solely for order processing, shipment tracking, and transactional communication (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications). We do not store or process payment data directly.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service provider. We never have access to your full credit card number, CVV code, or other sensitive payment authentication data. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

Email Marketing: We do not operate a general marketing newsletter. Any future communication regarding new product releases or technical bulletins will require an explicit, separate opt-in. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are not considered marketing and do not require opt-in.

Data Sharing & Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers under strict contractual agreements: our payment processor (Stripe) and our shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS) for label generation and delivery.

GDPR/CCPA Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data we hold. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@glockswitchpro.com with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days as required by applicable law. We retain order data for a period of seven (7) years to comply with federal firearms and financial record-keeping regulations.
